nah play it every once in a while. /mu/ dismissed it because they thought it was p4k-core. plus 2013 was a great year and it may have gotten overshadowed

Try Fuck Buttons. I would start with the album "Tarot Sport." I also really recommend The Field, although he's a little more poppy and less textured than Hopkins. Maybe start with "Pink Sun" or "A Paw In My Face"
