Pink or Heavy Rocks for their stoner rock sound , Feedbacker or Flood if you want their drone or Post rock sound

I guess I'll go with Pink and Heavy Rocks since I'm really amazed by this album. Thanks

Absolutego. Then listen to every full-length (and collab with Merzbow) in order until you get to Dronevil (~Final~)
Trust me when I say that was their last worthwhile album.

No, it's actually true. Sorry if you bought into the post-2005-Boris meme
Smile
If you liked the stoner rock stuff, check out Heavy Rocks, Pink, and Smile. If you liked some of the post-rockish stuff on Naki Kyoku, check out Flood and Feedbacker. If you liked the droning intro, check out Amplifier Worship, Absolutego, and Dronevil. Then check out everything else because it's all good.

Good thing opinions exist and that there are no such things as universal opinions. Let OP listen to the albums for himself, a lot of people really like post-2005 Boris.
Do you mean album wise or band wise?
Album-wise Pink is a good shout. Especially since they currently play the thing in its entirety at their shows.
As for other bands, check out Melvins, High On Fire, Debutante and Bongripper, if you haven't already.
>>69090083
What did you like about this one? that'll determine where next.
>>69091751
Yeah I love all of those bands.
And thanks for all the inputs. I'll definitely check all the albums out.

Well, I'm not sure. Everything really. I like the mix of aggression with the melodic post-rockish and stonery feel I guess. And it just sounds really raw.
Pink was really good, thanks. Haven't been home since I posted the OP.

>haven't been home since I posted the OP but I'll continue the listens now. I'll check out Feedbacker and Heavy rocks next I guess.
>>69093066
heavy rocks 2002 and feedbacker
>>69091009
I listened to Dronevil some months ago and it didn't really "click" with me I guess. I'll listen to some other albums before I listen to it again.
Oh my god, Heavy rocks sounds so good. I'm not even up to 2 minutes and it feels so great.
It's a shame I heard Dronevil before all of these and kind of lost interest. Didn't know much about them sadly and had no idea they have albums like this.
>>69093168
that first rtack is the best on the album

The album cover is a homage to Nick Drakes'.
>>69093282
Also, forgot to mention, Five Leaves Left is a Nick Drake album.
