Also my uncle really likes Status Quo and my mum mocks him for it quite regularly.

Based off my last encounters with these people years ago (I had four siblings who all have kids themselves), I really don't know...I'm more aware of what kinds of music they like, a few of them are just Christian music types, one is country from the 50's-80's, some listen to whatever the latest terrible pop music is, the children listen to Christian hip-hop I think. One likes Radiohead and Coldplay and Bach and stuff, but that's entwined with the Christian music.
