Young Thug is immensely popular. Most normies love him. Some don't because he's strange. But w/e weird is the new cool in hip-hop. He has really fun rhythmic patterns, it's like the only unique part of his style but it's really interesting.

He has become a charicature of rap culture mixed with the spirit of rock artists of the seventies. Add in his completely unorthodox rhyme scheme that is constantly evolving and the fact his entertainment factor is 10/10, it's not hard to see why he is the best thing in rap.
