Not an album, and I don't even think distortion pedals or effects as we know them existed when Meek and Blackmore did this piece of greatness, but that solo about a minute in still has the best distorted guitar ever for my money:

I once listened to this while driving a sketchy car on the freeway in winter while late for work, speeding and hoping my wheel wouldn't fall off or my car spontaneously catch fire for no particular reason, and the part at 00:40 felt extremely fitting.
