I really don't think that one can be considered bad, even if you prefer their other albums. I'd say at the very least it's better than Steal This Album, Hypnotize, and possibly Mesmerize. It does what it does incredibly well.

Used to be my favourite, but then after going to their recent London concert and listening more to the other albums, I think it's too repetitive and the songs overstay their welcome a lot (wasn't me that posted "pleb" lol)
