Interesting sounding music, but in general their aesthetic is too ugly and aggressive for my likings and I also can't listen to them and not imagine a fat ugly suicidal mallgoth

Downward Spiral and DXM is like The Grateful Dead and LSD

The Downward Spiral is one of the greatest albums ever written, although most music "critics" would never swallow that because it's angsty as fuck and the lyrics are fairly shit. Seriously - name another album which as as many creative ideas per minute. It doesn't exist.

Year Zero was a solid album also, just such a cohesive, well produced nicely made album.

The Fragile has its moments but there's a lot of cringe on there. PHM is pretty cool and I like the retro shitty synth sounds.

Ghosts and everything after is too mediocre for me to care.

Musically really good but the lyrics are too edgelord for me to enjoy.

His background doing synth-pop and recording Pretty Hate Machine in a studio he was just working as a janitor in is pretty inspiring and that album is a damn good one.
