fish sticks sounds like "fish dicks" if you say it fast. so you can ask somebody if they like "fish sticks" and when they say yes you can then imply they are a gay fish.

it's a stupid joke but the larger joke is that kanye west is not capable of laughing at himself and took it personally.

if i remember correctly he was in fact offended by the episode.
