Liked the first track in particular. I think you should try and make your lyrics a little clearer and sing louder, although this is just personal preference. Great guitar tones throughout, and a nice warm synth sound on the last song.

I really like the album cover and name. Songs are nice too, though while I do enjoy some good lo-fi, I feel like it can be a bit much at times, obscuring some of the parts I would have liked to have heard with a bit more clarity. Overall nice little project though, Sad Lab is a really groovy track.
>>68861343
Pretty nice and somber, I kind of wish the vocal melody was a bit stronger and clearer, but I recognize that might be at odds with the tone you're going for. Also, what are using for the percussion? That sounded really neat.
>>
>>68862429
Great work. Very intimate and satisfying. Muchly digged. Also, thank you for the listen.
>>
>>68862429
Thanks! I'm kinda going for a more freeform vocal delivery for the most part, so at times I need to sacrifice clarity.
And the percussion is just me beating on my laptop.

it's good

My band's most recent EP, some songs from a recording session that myself and my guitarist friend who's been on more Larksburg albums than anyone else besides myself. The session had a few other songs that we either didn't finish or are planning on re-recording so this 4 songs (minus one which I did by myself at a different time in the year) are what we have to show from that 2 week recording session. Lots of music on the way from the two of us and our friends.

Working on a new album with way better music but I'd like to hear what you guys think so far.
>>
>>68878385
A nice little listen, very trap influenced outside of the 90's aesthetic. The rapping is really bad though, and the FX you put over the rapping is ear-grating (too much echo). It is also a bit short but that is just me I guess.

7/10, the beats are really good but stick with instrumentals in the future
>>
>>68877898
This is actually really fucking good, Radiohead fuses with Sigur Ros good.

The vocals and guitar sound good and the use of electronic sounds make the album for me. Keep up the good work, downloaded.

9/10
>>
>>68877100
Not really a fan of the repeating chorus and the echoed vocals to be honest. With only one breakdown there is a lot of repetition. The lyrics are actually inaudible due to the shitty FX you put on it.

4/10.
>>
>>68876928
Holy shit, this is some badass rock! The vocalist is a great singer and the music feels amazing to hear.

I don't have the money to buy the song but if I did I would buy it in a heartbeat!

8/10
>>
>>68875441
Minimal for minimal standards, I can only hear one instrument and a kick drum at some points. The songs lack complexity, giving us only the bare minimum of audible stimulation. I guess the bass is good in some of the tracks but other than that I didn't really like it.

5/10.
>>
>>68875158
The tracks 'Sandals' is not a good track: the music drowns out the vocals so I can't hear the lyrics and that soul-sucking echo is in full swing making the song sound like it was performed in a church.

The guitar's chord progressions are pretty good and the breakdown was well played but other than that there was no substance to it, just a repeating chorus.
>>
>>68881486
Sorry, forgot to give a score:

6/10
>>
>>68874322
There is no comment, this is shitposting with music. The songs sound like something out of a 'Dank Meme' compilation on Youtube. There are no chords, progressions, breakdowns or notes. anything that constitutes as a listenable piece of music.

1/10
>>
>>68881371

A very nice electronic album, the melodies are pretty good and with the amount of songs on the album I say it is worth the price of buying it.

The bad part about this is that there isn't much to say, there isn't anything horrible in it but there isn't anything amazing in it. Not to say that it is bad or average but there is literally nothing to talk about. It's just good electronic music.

I'm really digging the sound here, the guitar work is great, giving me the impression that the player is very talented. The vocals are also good and complement the music on the album.

The only gripe I have is the electric sounds, you seem to be better with acoustic instruments rather than synths, sounding like prepackaged FL Studio VSTs from the '00s.

The songs on your recent album are pretty good, they remind me of some ambient music written by Atrium Carceri or Lustmord if they dabbled in electronic music.

The songs also remind me of Sigur Ros's Kveiker and Brennisteinn with the glitchy noise and pops of broken down programs and machines. Not very easy listening but I would recommend.

Sorry for the delay. To be honest, it's not my favourite genre, but it sounds pretty well mixed/mastered. Although, I would recommend adding a melody lying underneath the chord progressions, since it feels kind of empty in there. Wanted to throw in a dollar, but Pay-what-you-want is disabled.

My stuff isn't the greatest, but I would recommend you giving it a listen in here, this is the last track I made, and you could get some ideas for the instrumentation.

Right back at ya.

>>68882891
Thanks for the monetary consideration but I don't want to profit of my work for now, it is more of a hobby than something I want to get paid for at this moment.

I really like the chilled out piano in this: a very soothing melody with a lot of good chord progressions.

A problem with the track is that the percussion sounds too loud and sharp on the ears. I would recommend laying off the electric sounds on these types of tracks by either using real drums and percussion or just making it a pure piano piece.

Although this isn't a genre I usually dabble in I can appreciate the work that you are putting into the album. There is some sort of warmth I get when listening to tracks like 7am, even though it sounds quite melancholy I have a sense of comfort, like I'm in a cosy bar with the fire lit listening to a busker playing passionately. If you enjoy that type of music, I would recommend it.

Although repetitive, your music is very well mixed. The song really feels as though it was made using an old MOOG in the basement of a 30 something year old independent music producer. It isn't necessarily mainstream like Vaporware but it is worth a listen due to it's production value.

Your album offers very little other than what appears to be a mix between American and Japanese TV Spots on loop for 24 Tracks.

It gets very repetitive really quickly as the listening of the album is almost like a spiral: never ending and gets worse to more you traverse down it. I would suggest you make music with more originality and actual musical structure outside of these 5-10 second loops of Japanese and American mixed media.

Breath of fresh air. Brilliant percussion and melodies, although sometimes the sampling can get out of hand (repeating words for long stretches of time).

The latest version of audacity(free audio editor) has a good noise reduction effect. It is significantly improved from the previous versions of audacity. The first one is just, noise, not much to say I can't really comment on it as I don't like the genre.

?/10

Second one is noise too.

?/10

Third one is noise also

?/10

Screamo infused with noise and background noise of miscellaneous airports and metros.

?/10

A zöld hegy is actually quite good. The guitar is spot on and with the cover art it gives me the feeling of an obscure band jamming in a garage just playing their hearts out.

7/10.

Next album is noise too.

?/10

Rózsa is a great album with a lot of great guitar playing (both acoustic and electric). If you are going for noise, try more of what you did on Időtlen: it is actually quite good (unlike the songs from SHUM). The vocals are a bit off-putting but other than that it is a solid release.

7/10

The last three singles are all very well put together. You should really do more with this kind of sound as I feel it suits you quite well.

Sorry it took long as it was quite daunting to review all the tracks you posted. :) Good luck on future creations.

I don't mean to start shit up again, but I just listened there isn't a single song where a sample repeats for even 2 minutes without variation, which there is tons of especially near the middle of the album. Everything by the end is so short it doesn't need variation. All in all I thought it was alright. Guess its just not your type of music.

You've got a point
It's fun if you're the first one to do this, you bring something new and controversial to the table, but if you're blatantly ripping off someone it's a no-no

Perhaps a bit different from what has been posted so far, but giving it a shot! satisfied with the result, despite the guitars sounding a bit weak:

Considering he claimed it to be in the style of that other album its hardly ripping it off. More of a tribute or homage.
