its about reflecting on your life, and remembering all the times you goofed off or made a bad decision; thinking about all the fun and good times you had. but those times are passed and you're alone now, in limbo between wild youth and secure adulthood. you're on your way to secure adulthood, to mediocrity, but your past is calling to you: reminding you of how it feels to be riding the edge of danger. it tells you to take another lap around, to reach out and be wild one last time, to take the long way home before settling down to the rest of your life.
