Ween is the greatest. One of those bands you won't understand from just listening to a couple songs. They're a cultural all their own.

I think Ocean Man and The Mollusk in general made them a meme. But their earlier work up to Chocolate and Cheese is actually damn near genius. Pure guava is their best.

I listened to The Mollusk like 4 years ago, and at first I didn't realize that Ocean Man was a Ween song when it started becoming a meme a few months ago. Fast forward to last week, and I'm listening to my library on shuffle and lo and behold that fucking song plays

I thought they were a meme long before that, first time I heard them was as a kid listening to the South Park Chef Aid soundtrack where they played Homo Rainbow. Wasn't until years later I actually listened to their albums and realized they're actually good.
