To be honest, no, they can't. I'm not a sexist, but women are simply not as musically inclined as men. This is not an opinion, it is a fact. I mean in pieces that allow it.
No one is going to play a nocturne at an allegro tempo no matter how much she wants to show off, that goes for a ton of Chopin pieces.
The example that comes to my mind about her is her interpretation of Liszt sonata that's uploaded in Youtube, it lasts 2 minutes compared to the Zimerman version of almost 31.
Not only it's too fast, but she ruins the climax of the last movement by obscuring the alto melody with haphazard chords.
