My pick would be Let it Bleed

First half Sticky Fingers, second half Let It Bleed

Sticky Fingers because every song is great. Even the throwaway (I Got The Blues) is stellar. Let It Bleed has Gimme Shelter and Midnight Rambler, true, but Country Honk is dumb and Live With Me isn't so great. Exile, while great, is a little too much for me. Beggars is underrated though.
