IMO Meditations is his best but it seems like no one ever gives it any attention.

it's def great. not as wild as meditations but still wild a lot of the time. i'm also not sure about which you should get, i've never even heard the complete recordings.

complete village vanguard is ABSOLUTELY worth it if you're even remotely interested in that era of coltrane.
