It just sounded so convoluted without any sense of structure or symbolism. Think about what the words would mean to a reader, not yourself. You're trying to paint a picture with lyrics, not string some words together about how you hate yourself. It's not good because it's painful. There has to be catharsis in it but it's important how you express it. Read Rilke or Baudelaire or listen to Cohen or even Brave Little Abacus and you'll get better. Celebrated local poet here btw, i know how to disappoint your parents.
