Thoughts on the new korn album?
Is it any good? What album would it compare most to?
Also, The Path of Totality is a underrated Korn album.

Haven't listened but that album cover is repugnant.
You'd think by a certain age these guys would start getting embarrassed about this shit.
It just sounds like recycle materiel. Chessy lyrics, same power chords they've been playing since Follow the Leader, nothing has really change with them. The album is tolerable compared to other recent works.

They practically live off of angsty teenagers and edgy manchildren. If they made mature music they would go extinct.

This is what their target audience wants so they stick to it. They're in it for the money. Korn are entertainers not artists.

They aren't dead yet?
Surely that can't be the cover art on the final product ?...
At least it's not brostep meets nu-metal this time. That was truly horrendous. Still, they should've quit after Issues. Why they had to destroy their legacy so much?
i spy with my little eye something beginning with the letter P...

Most of their lyrics are pretty edgy and lame, but I personally love their sound, that's why I listen to them

Only heard the singles but if the rest of the album favorably compares, it's really a return to form. Most focused stuff they did since Untouchables. Also, listening to Korn is much easier if english isn't your primary language.

Well everytime they changed their formula it ended up horribly so at least they're doing the right thing this time.

They have never changed their formula.
Sure sometimes it's a little more electronic, sometimes it's a little more metal and the production may vary a bit from album to album but the song structures always follow the exact same verse-chorus-verse formula. The lyrics is always the same as well.
