radiohead's best-of should have stayed where it was

if anything, replace in rainbows with it. most of the crosley demographic only know creep, or maybe also karma police, paranoid android, fake plastic trees, etc.

>>68620331
>>68619382
This is so pathetic. This reeks of bitter teenagers that think they're "REALLY into music". Ironic thing is half of these albums arent necessarily bad, its just retarded teenagers who think theyre REAL vinyl worthy fans are incapable of seeing past the obvious tumblr aesthetic to judge the music on its own. Just look at how defensive people are getting over mucore rightfully being suggested to be put on here (rightfully because mucore is much on the same level as these albums). Fuck I hate moo more and more as time passes.
>>

I don't believe this. Most of them take pride in the fact that they listen to more than singles.

they do, but mostly with whatever modern indie pop bands/artists that are in now

for older artists most of what they listen to is just greatest hits type stuff except for albums that are like, super well-known (and usually identifiable by cover art, like dsotm, nevermind, abbey road, etc.)

on a similar note, imo replace ziggy stardust wit some best-of album
>>
no avett brothers or mumfords? come on now.
>>
>>68620559
Sigh No More is the last album on the second row.
>>
>>68620331
I think we could arrange this a bit better.
Maybe have the rows be something like
>Essentials
>Pop
>R&B
>Folk
>Indie Rock
>Pop Punk
>Electronic
>Classics

I gett that these won't line up quite right bit will give the chart a bit more of a sense of neatness.

who the fuck would buy 90s rap on fucking casesstes.
i mean dont get me wrong, i get analogue,
i get how tapesaturation and tapenoise can be an important part of music.
especially for vaporwavey kind of stuff that revels in this noisy lofi sound.
or vinyl for that better dynamic range and true listening experience for godly albums that were specifically mastered for this kind of medium
but you really gotta have some special kind of retardation to think easy-e, probably the worst rapper to ever become famous, is such high art that you just gotta listen to it how it's ment to be listened to - on casette.
>>
>>68621912
Cassettes fit in ghetto-blasters, anon. That's exactly how you're supposed to listen to empowering rap music.

this chart is bs. what you have to realise is that these people are 100% oblivious to anything that's not specifically marketed towards them so scrap anything that is not super mainstream.
upbeat indie is fine. pop is fine aslong as it has a bit of an indie flavour and isnt super sugary.

the last row is bs. those are just classic albums anyone who's into music or wants to pretend he is would have in his collection.

the row above is doesnt fit. especially carly, jamie xx and purity ring.

row nr3 from the bottom is not that bad but i'm not 100% on fleet foxes, death cab for cutie and ariana. ariana is too sugary, death cab for cutie too melancholic and fleet foxes too flokey and not mainstream enough i think

above that is bad againe. they wouldnt listen to my chemical romance. the emo and pop punk records on here are the most baffeling thing about the chart desu. just because all corsley music is bad doesnt mean all bad music must be corsleycore. also remove mac demaco, tame impala or radiohead, probably gorillaz too.

the next one isnt too bad. i mean they all arent that much corsleycore i think but they could maybe somewhat fit. as much as i hate grimes i'm not 100% sure its corsley core.

the next ones fit besides fall out boy, because why would emo and pop punk make sense, aswell as arcade fire because its too much art rock, too weird, too melancholic, not enough mainstream indie sounding.

then againe, panic at the disco pop punk emo doesnt fit rest should be fine. rest fits.
>>
>>68632513
Tons of Vinyl posers buy every record on that chart. If can be bought at a B&N, it's Crosley core.
