Yeah Niggas on the Moon could be my favorite of the band's. Hard to say. On the topic of JD and BP being disappointments, I will say that BP has a few great songs but otherwise is pretty much okay to bad. Govt Plates is my least favorite just because I don't like the house songs (Feels Like a Wheel, This Is Violence Now, I'm Overflow, Big House) I like all the other songs.

JD's flow is kind of bad I'll agree with that and has some moments that I didn't think worked mostly on On GP and DG 2.0. But I mostly enjoy it. Prefer Niggas from the Moon to JD.

I like the production on BP more, it's more modern and base-y. Warping and Spikes are certainly up there with No Love in terms of hooks.

But TMS is a much better album overall, Trash and a few other songs drag down BP for me, but TMS is a constant fun ride through the whole album.

Death Grips is not just the music, the music is really good (seriously it's impressive how consistent their output is), but it's also a lot about their original approach to what it means to make and release in the internet age. Their use of social media and internet culture as an unforgiving but also acknowledging their fans is genuinely interesting and many musicians are already citing Death Grips as an influence.
If you can't get into Death Grips listen to NLDW and read the lyrics, Ride is a really good lyricist, especially in NLDW and NotM.
