>>68416181
yes. it's usually lowkey disappointing when you wait this long for an album and it's not quite what you expected but this was certainly much, much better.

>>68417405
>being this much buttblasted by being called out
Instrumentals are nice and swift well but My Machine is a trainwreck with its annoying vocals.

Come on bb, luv u bb :)) :-)
The fact that so many books still name Blank Banshee as "the greatest or most significant or most influential" vaportrap band ever only tells you how far vaportrap music still is from becoming a serious art. Jazz critics have long recognized that the greatest jazz musicians of all times are Duke Ellington and John Coltrane, who were not the most famous or richest or best sellers of their times, let alone of all times. Classical critics rank the highly controversial Beethoven over classical musicians who were highly popular in courts around Europe. Vaportrap critics are still blinded by commercial success. Blank Banshee sold more than anyone else (not true, by the way), therefore they must have been the greatest. Jazz critics grow up listening to a lot of jazz music of the past, classical critics grow up listening to a lot of classical music of the past. Vaportrap critics are often totally ignorant of the vaportrap music of the past, they barely know the best sellers. No wonder they will think that Blank Banshee did anything worthy of being saved.

Nope, it's a critical analysis of an amazing genre.

thx buddy :^)

People in vaporwave in general seem to be blinded by success stories because it's rare in the genre right now.
>>68418429
True. But the only way vaporwave can stay alive is being underground and marginal. That's what give vaporwave value and appeal. And that's why I can't stand the random and childish fanatism behind works like Mega
>>68418162
there are books on vaportrap?
I haven't been able to get all the way theough yet. It doesn't have the as memorable melodies and vibez as his last two. It just sounds like a jumbled mess. And the singing isn't good.
>>68419851
True
>>68417234
>sound like random compilations
I totally agree to this
first impression is good, however I could do without a couple tracks.
still can't get enough of BB even if it's pretty much the same all the time
