He's good and while playing a very standard type of Rock music he has a pretty distinct sound. And his songs tend to be catchy and well written for what they are.

I think he's been getting better overall, though Rock and Roll Nightclub had a very weird vibe to it that I think it's kind of sad he traded in for a more standard "chill" vibe. But whatever.

I hope he can change his sound up quite a bit on his next full album but I have a feeling he's just gonna do what he has been doing and simply use more synth which to some people equates to being experimental.

You can tell the /mu/ userbase has changed when people geniunely like mac in these threads. I personally think he peaked with 2. I was totally in love with his music for a while, but it's a total shame his fanbase went to shit. He was pretty easy to talk to and hang with after shows before salad days.
