Yo this is fucking great
I love it but it does peak early.
Thanks man glad u liked it
It's very good, but I personally prefer my zeuhl more jazzy.

Give some examples of jazzy zeuhl pls.
Only other stuff I really know is Koenjihyakkei, besides that I recently put on some Bondage Fruit but it's a bit boring.
How do you pronounce Zeuhl?
Is it Zee- uhl or Zê-úl?
>>68404182
Sh-ite

Koenjihyakkei was what I was referring to mostly. But early Magma was very jazzy too, MDK being when they began the shift towards more and more operatic stuff. 1001ºC is a personal favorite of mine.
There were a few offshoot projects by Magma members in a more jazzy vein too, but I forgot the names and I'm lazy so you'll have to look them up yourself.
If you digged Koenjihyakkei you should also check out Quetzalcoatl, which is a quite recent murican band that sounds a lot like them.

I always pronounced it with a german accent of sorts "tzoil", but I'm not sure desu.
>>68403462
Now listen to pic related and Üdü Ẁüdü.
>>68404182
At least going off on how it's pronounced on one of the songs I heard, something like how you would pronounce cool, but with a zh instead of a c.

magma pronounces it tsool
I see it as more Russian influenced than Germanic. Da Zeuhl Wortz Mëkanïk can be written phonetically as "дa цyл вoтcь мeхaник," and in Russian would mean roughly "Yes, the operator of the celestial music is here."
From my understanding, anyway.
>>68404743
will do, first things first though
Actually saw them live a year ago, shit was cash.
>>68404182
Isn't is pronunced like soil?
>>68405073
No offence but I don't think americans should even bother trying to pronounce it.
>>68405162
I'm not even Amerifat or a native English speaker.

That's pretty cool
>>68404182
more like "zurl" but soften the r
>liking Nazi music
Huh, /mu/ isn't as bad as I thought
>>68404182
In France, we pronounce it like in muzzle.

>>68405490
too bad it's a pretty big stretch
the only way that can make sense is if you swap Zeuhl and Wortz, and you'd need a comma after "Da".
>>68404821
>>68405022
These two albums are a lot better than MDK

What's nazi about Magma?
>>68407079
Christian Vander
>>68407079
Christian Vander (leader from the band) is a Nazi. Used to hang a Hitler poster on his wall.
Also, Da Zeuhl Wortz is literally chanting "Für Mein Führer Adolf Hitler" in a Zeuhlish accent.
>>68407155
Well thanks for clearing that up.

>Da Zeuhl Wortz is literally chanting "Für Mein Führer Adolf Hitler" in a Zeuhlish accent.
Not hearing it desu.
>>68407285
nvm I'm hearing it now
