The Edison Club
Genre: disco, electronic, funk, post-disco, house
The Edison Club was a large disco collective from Montreal, formed in 1973. Unlike other disco acts to achieve popularity, Edison Club avoided altering their tracks for mainstream radio and pop charts, choosing to issue all singles in 12-inch format, which became extremely popular in Canadian, American, and European dance clubs. Though they started out with all-live instrumentation, the group's music became more electronic as their career progressed into the late-1970s, eventually collaborating with Girorgio Moroder on several albums. They simultaneously aimed to blend such European flavors of electronic disco with American funk-oriented disco, incorporating numerous other genres in the process. Even with the decline of disco in the US, Edison Club continued to find success in Europe well into the 1980s, even embracing emerging house and rave styles.

Wilmslow Yard And The Found Management were a British post-punk/jangle pop/new wave band formed in the city of Swansea, Wales in 1978. They consisted of lead singer and bassist Llewelyn Williams, lead guitarist Garnet Ingham, drummer Kizzie Hillam, and rhythm guitarist Evette Martell. The band released five studio albums before they disbanded in 1989
1. Glamorgan (1978)
2. Album Two (1980)
3. Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (1983)
4. Wilmslow Yard And The Found Management Have Released a New Record and It's Fucking Shit, According To the Musical Press. (1986)
5. H (1989)
The band broke up to increasingly tense feelings between the members, and came to a high point when drummer Kizzie Hillam threw her entire drumkit at lead singer Llewelyn Williams during a show in Tampere, Finland, resulting in Williams being hospitalised and Hillam being charged with assault and battery. The charges were later dropped, and the band broke up and never spoke to each other after that point. Hillam later started a harsh noise project, simply entitled "Fuck", Williams would start a britpop band by the name of "I Got Hit With A Drum And Now I'm Too Stupid To Write Good Music", later renamed to "Hildebrand" and enjoyed considerable success, but only in South Africa. The other two members, Garnet Ingham and Evette Martell both quit music entirely. The band never found mainstream success while they were together, but they have enjoyed considerable success as a cult favourite.

>Ray Tracer
>Genre: Chiptune fusion
Ray Tracer got his start in 2002 on Overclocked Remix, and, like several others, his remixes took many liberties with the source material. After some inner-forum drama, Ray disappeared and finished his schooling, coming back in 2007 after spending time in a local band playing the keyboard. He still does chiptune arrangements of certain tunes from videogames, but also from classical music and some modern music. His original work usually blends a chiptune sound with other genres like middle eastern and IDM, raga and swing, etc.
