Iowa is their best album and a great blend of death-metal, groove-metal and electronics. The title track from that album is the best thing they've done and a legit fantastic track.

S/t is okay but sounds too dated with the more prominent turntablism and rapping.

I actually enjoyed Vol 3 a whole lot. They still managed to have a heavy sound without sounding too forced and I liked that they were going experimental/softer with it. It was all downhill afterwards though.
