>Julian Koster of the Music Tapes and Neutral Milk Hotel has a new endeavor—a podcast called “The Orbiting Human Circus (of the Air),” SPIN reports. It’s part of the Night Vale Presents network—the team behind the popular fictional radio show “Welcome to Night Vale.” According to a press release, Koster’s show tells “the story of a mysteriously impossible variety show broadcast from the ballroom at the top of the Eiffel Tower, and the janitor who longs to become a part of it.” It’s set to feature appearances by Tim Robbins, Mandy Patinkin, Charlie Day, John Cameron Mitchell, and others.
