I don't get the mixing complaints
The mix sounds fine on every song to me. Even 33 "GOD" it's supposed to sound bombastic, and it does. I never once thought "wow this sounds really poorly mixed"

Exactly, if the songs are good, then they're good, well mixed or not. Either way I still think the mix is fine, and I agree there are flaws like 45 and moon water but the rest is ear candy for me, and that's honestly why I love it.

As someone who follows fantano, I honestly think his video on this was extremely biased. Obviously all music reviews are biased, but I think he just doesn't like Bon Iver and was finding reasons not to like it. Death Grips has poor mixing especially on Exmilitary and Jenny Death yet he gave those an 8 and 9 respectively. (the 9 being for TPTB as a whole but still)
If bad mixing was really a problem for him he wouldn't have given those albums such high reviews.
