No it's shit. /mu/ is hard for it because of how different it is but is too blinded by that aspect to realize it's still nothing great at all.

as good as it is i feel like u have to be careful not to overplay it bc it's so hook-centred, i can see it becoming annoying quite easily

His vocal delivery annoys me. I like the instrumentals, but the way he raps bothers me.

Definitely an acquired taste. I imagine this album is becoming a lot of people's first exposure to him, which is funny because this is definitely his least accessible release. It took listening to Old really high a few times before it kind of wrapped around and I started to like it instead of finding his delivery annoying. But yknow its up to you, no need to force yourself to like something.

I mean in my opinion old deserves the 8.7. Just because it has marginally more accessible songs than xxx by no means makes it bad. I can't think of a single track off old that I don't love. My love for old aside, atrocity exhibition is clearly deserving of a higher score, a 9 at minimum. Just based off of adventurousness alone, I've literally never heard anything that sounds like atrocity exhibition in my life.
