More than half of /b/ is text arguments, along with lower resolution still images and no archive. /trash/ is a mix of everything, outdoors has a lot of high quality images that stay up for quite a while. I was surprised too, I expected /b/ to be in the top 15, but it makes sense. They won't remove /b/ because it is basically what 4chan is known for, as well as the fact that it brings tons of people here without using too much data. That could help 4chan.

I can't see /mu/ going either. It's a staple to the site, being the only music related board.
