I just got apple music, and I realized there's not much j rock on it. or there is. and I couldn't find it. how do you guys who stick to streaming services(apple, spotify, etc) find artists from the more obscure genres you dig? hardest "legimate" genre to find your opinion?

>streaming music
I find music streaming to be the best when I'm around friends and we need a quick Spotify jazz playlist or similar. Also, I prefer it since you can always find something new effortlessly.

Switch to Spotify, Apple Music doesn't have many obscure bands and they lack tons of good albums.

I was thinking about it. really don't know why I picked apple music actually.

I mean there's a ton of shit you can't find on Spotify as well. Music streaming isn't really the best way to get obscure music. Plus Spotify is free so if you're gonna pay you might as well just pay for Apple Music and if they don't have something check to see if Spotify has it.
So I have a weird taste in music, my favourite genre is black metal just to give some context, is spotify worth it for me? (no I don't listen only to metal)

spotify is free and there is literally no reason to pay for the premium service because the streaming quality is still shit even if you upgrade
so is "free" worth it to you?

lol I had no idea, I'll give it a try
