This album dumbfounds me every listen. Each track is so different from each other, and all of them are unlike anything else I've heard out of music. Never a dull moment or unncessary part. There is so much attention to detail, and polish, and let me fucking gush.

What really fascinated me about this album is that despite being the first one of their more "generative electronics" style attempt at electronic music, it does indeed have no filler or dull parts. Even though I like elseq more since I think it takes that to even crazier levels at some moments, there are definitely some filler parts on a few tracks.

Yes, and I agree with you that Elseq is second to Confield. I actually didn't like it at first; I was trying to listen to it too objectively instead of just leaning back and letting it wash over me.
