Which is this month's big meme album?
Memes don't get 9s by Fantano.
Have you heard Copper Slots on that new Street Sects? jesus christ. Havent been that afraid of music in a while
Street Sects takes a bunch of different ideas and puts them together in a very messy way, making the musical work sound gimmicky and unintentionally goofy.
Atrocity Exhibition takes a bunch of different ideas and has each bit put together perfectly so everything complements each other rather than having one idea clash with another thus making both ideas weaker.

What you just wrote here is just word vomit, this doesn't mean anything at all.

Something doesn't add up... hmmm
Street sects is more experimental than Atrocity Exhibition, if that counts for anything..
Streets sects really rewards multiple listens, like at least 10

Street Sects tries to mix the visceral feel of hardcore with the savage industrial feel, but ultimately because it's trying to mix all these things together for some reason none of that shows up, and it sounds more like it lacks the energy and darkness that it was going for. It's like a castrated more boring version of Nine Inch Nail's Broken or a less savage version of Suicide.
Atrocity Exhibition has all of it's various parts work well together. The rhythm section has all these post-punk elements that range from the atmosphere of a band like Joy Division to some of the groovier dub-like aspects of a group like Gang Of Four which helps it work in a hip hop context. On top of that the psychedelic sounds just further embellish the the rhythm stuff with hints of "melody" but stay out of the way of the rhythm and just expand the atmosphere. Danny Brown's whacky and insane approach to how he flows and delivers vocals works perfectly with those two aspects of the music where the whacky aspect and the druggy lyrics mix well with the psychedelic bits and the insane aspect plus the dark implications of his lyrics mix well with the atmosphere provided by the rhythm section. It all mixes up to be like this sorta hip-hop version of Eraserhead.
