Everybody's talking about how punk is gonna save rock and roll but I noticed that a lot of these punk bands are just borrowing from the 60s. I think The Jam are on the right track. Who needs fashion and images? Torn clothing and safety pins won't last long. Not only are The Jam going to be more popular than The Clash Ramones or Sex Pistols I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Mod revival.
