It's got Candy Says Sweet Jan and Beginning to See the Light. Those three alone are worth the price of admission.

Maureen got lucky as all hell - Sterling too. Reed, Cale and Nico had real talent, Doug Yule was also a competent studio musician.

Yeah, i've heard her solo stuff and it's pretty bad. But she has a sweet childlike innocence on this album that's kind of nice.

It's either this or the debut. I think s/t is more consistent but the debut has more standout tracks for sure. Pale Blue eyes is among my favorite songs ever. I don't think the murder mystery fits at all on this though, sounds more like something off of WL/WH if anything.

Goddamn I love Sister Ray though.
