Albums / Songs you can't fully understand being sober.

I pretty much enjoy and understand all music more while sober.

It's not that there's music you can "only understand high", but there are some songs (just remembered another part related: String Loop Manufactured During Downpour...) that you just have to be in a position in which you are in full focus on what's going on (every little part, every noise, the multiple melodies going at the same time) which at least I often didn't fully got until I listened to it high.

Oh, I know what you mean; I just find that for myself at least it's easier to focus when sober.

Implying drug users need an excuse to get high...
if you don't understand / don't participate in something, that's fine, but don't generalize/shit-post please.

>implying that drug-posting isn't shit-posting

This is, conceptually, their underrated masterpiece. It accomplishes exactly what it sets out to with unmatched focus and intensity.
>bro you can't understand this song unless you're high xD

I know this just might be bait, but meh.
You people would be saying this about Zappa's music if he didn't have a well-known disdain for drugs.
