ITT: Your biggest grievance with your favorite album
Cemetary Polka is far too short. Waits sets up a really funny narrative of decrepit uncles (As well as one insane Aunt), and greedy family members scheming for inheritance, that seems like it could go in a million different, all assuredly macabre, ways...
and then it ends after less than two minutes with only the set-up to go off of.
Every Tom Waits album should come included with a fedora and a book of Bukowski poetry.
IMHO the problem with Rain Dogs is that it has too many tracks
Cut Diamonds and Gold, Time, Gun Street Girl, Blind Love and make make any track over 3 minutes shorter and it would be great - I love how the first tracks flow into each other, but the album starts to drag as it goes on
