Why is Bowie given so much praise when it was 90% Eno's doing?

Bowie owes a lot to his fellow musicians. Mick Ronson and Mike Garson contributed as much to his unique sound as he did.

But he is still special. He's definitely not a hack. He's a great collaborator.
