I was thinking spoken word over calmer, ambient style guitar similar to A Lovely Pear from Bull of Heaven, or glitchy electronic like the OP pic. Come Out and Chain of Command were great though if you have more of that.

Will do

If you want to reach enlightenment then listen to this for a month

you may want to check out Thomas Ligotti - The Unholy City. It was released on David Tibet's label and it's just Ligotti playing guitar and reciting prose.

Actually pretty cool, thanks

Ah, well unfortunately I don't know too much more of that kind of stuff than I've already shown you. If you liked Come Out, I suggest you listen to other early Reich tape loops (It's Gonna Rain 1 and 2 are the main ones I know), and the whole album that Chain of Command comes from is similar. It's called 24 Lies Per Second, and it's a compilation that came out in 2012. "My Name Is", which is another track on it, is also composed by Reich.
And thanks for mentioning A Lovely Pear. I've listened to some Bull of Heaven, but not that one.
Some music that's kind of similar that I can suggest are Paul Lansky's albums Idle Chatter and Homebrew that I shared here a few days ago.

And even a little further removed is some stuff from Laurie Anderson.
