They're meh. They range from generic alternative rock to horribly watered down funk.

Not at all.

First album is great. The rest is just washed down pop version of that.
Frusciante in Peppers was useless, his solo career is much better.

Very hit and miss.

I like a few of their singles, and they do have a great live presence.
"By the Way" is probably their #1 song, followed by Under the Bridge/Around the World
but I have pleb taste.
Very weak as a funk group, but Funky Munks is decent
Overall I like them, but i'm not going to listen to an entire album in a sitting.

Blood Sugar Sex Magick is one of those great "sex, drugs, and rock and roll" albums. I also enjoy Californication, too, but I feel like that's about all you need.

Flea is massively overrated, he's just not that good. Frusciante and Chad are good and Anthony is oviously shit tier. I like some red hot things but I thing mostly because of nostalgia purposes.

Yeah, their concerts seem quite fun. They're somewhat enjoyable to hear occasionally in the car or sumthin', I don't really actively listen to them anymore though. Frusciante era was the best and his solo albums are great.

It was a great album. Dosed is my favourite, and I Would Die For You comes a close second. It was popular around the time when I drifted away from my friends and spent all summer cycling to their houses to find they were all out together and when my first and only qt gf who I still think and sometimes dream about began attracting other guys and when I became too insecure to talk to her any more. The Killers' debut album was great for these feels too, though a year or so later.
