If you aren't bothered by episodic shows, you could watch the first half at least. It's pretty self contained since the entire villain faction is beaten in the mid-season finale, although there's a tease that something else will appear. Aside from Super-1 himself, the monsters also are often martial arts themed. The hand change is underused though, and when it's used it's often the weakest part of the episodes.

The 2nd half is really bad though. Really bad. It focuses on a new Rider scouts team, with literal 4 years old among them, and the new comedic villains bickering with each other alongside the chldren often get more screentime than Super-1. It does have better use of the hand changing though and there are, like two good episodes.
