It's kind of a rumble noise. I changed both wheel bearings so I don't think it's that. It only makes noise when going perfectly straight and disappears when I turn the wheel at all.

My 96 civic has a tuned p28 , dunno if its a thing but it idles around 2k-1500 until warm then dips down to <1k range, pretty sure its not a vaccum line thing. what ever the previous owner did it lets me rev the car to 9k before it bounces off,and I was doing about 100mph in 3rd last night, i cant imagine what this thing would become if I slapped a turbo on
