will the 370z ever get updated or will it just die?
>>21829
It'll go without upgrades into the 2030s when it'll be considered a modern classic. Nissan will be applauded for selling car from age where things were simpler, like Morgan is now.
they will replace it with the IDx right?

how do you want your centre of gravity?
just raise my shit up
Can't wait for the new Z to be CVT only and have a starting price of $60k MSRP
Well obviously the 370z is going to be replaced by Great 370.
But later it will come back stronger as 370kaiser, so don't worry.
>car and driver makes a little "Z through the years" picture essay commemorating all the Z's
>at the very end even they're begging for a new fucking Z already
>>22628
When you put it that way it makes me want them to make the gripz.
God those things are ugly, good riddance
>>22666
>starting price of $60k MSRP
Honest to god wouldn't hate this if they brought back the s-chassis. 26-30k, direct gt86 competitor. Leaves the Z to be a bit more high end to bridge the gap between it and the GTR.
That would be neat. Of course nissan wont do it.
They'll upgrade to CVT only.
>>22789
Why are japs working so hard to meme the cvt anyway
>>22809
There's nothing wrong with CVT.
>>22809
Because they've put a lot of development into them through their mopeds.
>>22782
I can find the article if you really care but Nissan has said they have no plans to bring back the Silva because they say there's no money in it. All while ignoring GT86/Genesis Coupe/Mustang/Camaro sales numbers.
>>22871
Manufacturers will always say there's "no market for it" or "no money in it", because that's the easiest way to get out of a real explanation, either because they have nothing on the table at the moment, or because they're in the process of proposing and designing a concept that they don't want to be public yet.

This is the future normalfags want

You mean CVT-only?

240z
2.4l i6, 151hp
Weight: 1000lb
Length: 4100mm
Width: 1600mm
Wheelbase: 2300mm
370z
3.7l v6, 350hp
Weight: 3200lb
Length: 4200mm
Width: 1800mm
Wheelbase: 2500mm
I pray that Nissan will go back to basics, or bring the Silvia back to be a non-pigfat sports car. Making the Z a mini-GTR is fucking retarded.
>>23128
>Weight: 1000lbs
Where did you read that, and 151hp... fuck off m8. The 240z was lucky to make like 100hp and it weighed in at around 2000lbs. I owned one for a long time it was fun as fuck but it wasn't a fucking caterham
>>21829
370Z has barely changed since it was released in 2009. How fucking lazy is Nissan? I'd consider a new Z if they'd just release the goddamn thing already.
>>22628
I would be one of those Autistic man children.
I know the fucking frenchie saved the company but it's so fucking boring from the days in the 80s and 90s autistic as it is.
>>22766
That's 350. 370's better. Backlights aren't as bad and the backline's better (more defined).
>>22766
I have always despised Bulbous-looking cars. All the newer Z-cars from the last decade look like fucking dildos, Nissan needs to put a proper rear end on these things
>>22955
ruined

>370's better
Maybe with the convertible, but 350 coupe is way more clean. Hate those stupid boomerang lights.
