Looking this over, you've got a high back and a freakishly flat front, so clearly this is a Gurgel style body swap of an existing model. It's either electric, or it's rear engined. So then we have to look at size and likelihood of a full body swap... most likely it's a classic VW Beetle. Barring that, it may have the guts of a Nissan Leaf packed in there.
