What do we do when they delete this board?
This place reminds me of what /pol/ used to be before the election, gamergate, and the fappening
>few shills
>no reddit faggots responding to bait
>no reddit faggots spamming stupid unfunny jokes
>no reddit faggots spamming internet celebrities and making threads about pewdiepie and jontron
>no reddit faggots taking things way too seriously and ruining the mood of the board
>board is actually lighthearted
>for the first time in years we can have actual discussions because there are no reddit faggots to respond to bait and shill posts
>don't have people posting without lurking
I don't know about you all but I can't go back to /pol/, it's too fucking infested
what do we do when mods delete this board or when /pol/ starts to leak over into here?
I'd rather shared a board with pony posters than redditors
We need it to become an official board.
>>174866
Don't worry anon, have faith that /ourboard/ will endure.
>>174917
if we become an official board then people from /pol/ and reddit will invade
>>174917
but it needs to be unlisted, we dont want redditors coming here
>>174866
We just need to keep calm and post to let them know we're not going anywhere
Don't forget
>no blacked threads
>no redditors taking interracial threads seriously
>no overuse of the word cuck
>people not biting on obvious bait
We can make this place better than /pol/ or /new/ ever was
>>174866
I feel like the most hurtful april fools joke will be when they shut this down.
>>175006
*Sheads manly tears*
This anon knows whats up.
>>174945
/pol/ will. Reddit won't, at least not in signifigant numbers.
there's also no politics
i'd take the 100s of shill threads over this forced meme shit and some politics
>>174945
Reddit can't handle horsepuss
the comfy mood is why i like this board so much, pol went to shit once they lost their self awareness
>>174866
I do all of those things and I'm from 2006 /b/.
You don't even know what kind of cancer you're dealing with, faggot. This is the metastasis stage of an age-old cancer, and 4chan is the patient.
Anyone who mains fuIIchan /pol/ here? 8/pol/ was (((shut down))) yesteday. It's still currently down.
>>175100
/pol/ is reddit now though
go and visit and see how bad it is
I always knew it had gotten so much worse but after seeing yesterday and remembering what this place used to be like I realized I can't go back
>>175006
>>no overuse of the word cuck
this shit too
when reddit first migrated here in massive quantities we had just started to use the word cuck
they took it and drove it into the fucking ground
no other insult on 4chan has been used for 5 fucking years, it's so stale now
>>175160
I do but it's not the same, they have their own culture and it's somehow more serious than the /pol/ here
>>174866
maybe we can have like 1 /pol/ thread on /mlp/ and vice versa?
Although I have to warn the ponies that every thread on /pol/ is filled with shills so that will most likely happen even in a pony thread on /pol/
>>174866
Just migrate to another hidden board like /trash/ and lay low for a bit with certain threads maybe with certain code phrases, languages, or words that the typical denizens of /trash/ wouldn't know.
Going to /pol/ now is like trying some kind of food you used to like but haven't had in a while and it tastes horrible now.
>>175240
>we took the final redpill
Go look at how many generals there are in /pol/ now too.
>>174950
This
>>175260
>it's another brit/pol/ general with our favourite chinese character karen!
>>175260
But I dont want to look at it anymore.
>>174950
this
>>174866
Anon we are on the verge of a meme civil war between r/de_dahnald and /pol/ so recharge your meme magic here and join the fight later.
>>175240
sadly /pol/ is dead
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bfe4TxvUOiw
>>175260
>going back to /ledditpol/
>>175456
>civil
It's not civil when they were never our brothers.
>>174950
This, no links to it whatsoever. Only way to get here is to type in the url.
Follow rules 1 and 2
>>175479
The divide came faster than expected.
>>174866
I've not seen so much good OC in awhile. Or quality threads. I honestly prefer this place to regular /pol/.
>>174950
The problem is that threads here are cropping up on the main page as popular threads and for good reason. This is a better board than /pol/, visit there and be amazed at all the cancer.
>>175488
I wonder what Murdoc Murdoc will think of this.
>>175260
>tfw there's a general for every single country
>>174866
good point, didnt notice the total lack of faggot e-celeb namefags but youre right
pol seems even more botted and monetized now. I think if mlpol diies i will stop coming to this site as much
>>175260
>generals
this shit drives me up the fucking wall
there are no more discussions, only generals
>>174866

This. I'm from 2004 /b/ and I do those things as well. But I also hate them. I mostly shitpost to vent frustration and insult people at random to feel better about something or other. The want to watch the world burn comes from an emotionally dark place and it devolves into some of the most board-wrecking cancer you could imagine.
4chan has never been static and just as it has changed many times, the massive influx of popularity will make it change again into something new. It's your choice to embrace it, reject it or observe it from afar. As this anon said, this is part of an age-old process. 4chan is a historically relevant phenomenon in any case, even if you don't like how it's developing. Everything dies eventually anyway.
I was starting college when I started coming here and I have changed a lot since then. It upsets me to notice I'm not a typical anon anymore than to notice the morons, because I wish the typical anon would have evolved with me.
>>175190
>no other insult on 4chan has been used for 5 fucking years
>what is faggot
