I don't think everything I don't like is a mental disorder, but it's important to draw the line between mental disorders that related to its definition, and ones that are used as an ad hominem.

I would say that in some cases it's a learned behavior, so it's debatable. I fetishize traps and fem boys, but I'm fairly certain that was due to direct exposure to something really really lewd when I was 8 or 9. It's not good for society to actively encourage, our birth rates are shit enough as is... but suppressing gays would just cause more problems than it would fix.
