Why do ponies worship Celestia if they are basically ancaps and have almost zero interactions with the state in their daily lives. Like what is Celestia's purpose then? If she doesn't do shit for them in their everyday lives why would they worship a government figure that believes in its right to fuck with them with stuff like banning things and passing laws.
