I remember her coming up in either one of the books or comics in a non background role since CotLM, but it's feeling less and less likely that we'll see her in a spotlight role on the show again.

Depends. She was honestly one of the worst parts of CMC episodes and just served to make the CMC miserable for the sake of the plot.

That said, an episode about her and Scootaloo would be interesting considering that Scootaloo would have more reason to resent tiara over the other two despite forgiving each other.
