It doesn't imo. She's would be one of the whitest, and also the one the least exposed to sun light. But she's so hot that she's fappable in whether she's white or black

Her purple color scheme makes the transition to a dark skinned human understandable.

It would be jarring if say, Rarity, with her chalk white coloration, was suddenly dark skinned in human form.

It all comes down to the color scheme were used to making a smooth transition to human skin tones.

Applejack is a pleasant shade of Trump, Pink is pink, Fluttershy is yellow, Renbo is blue, and Rarara is literally white. Twilight's the only one of the main six with a dark enough color scheme that brown skin as a human doesn't look out of place.
