The farthest I'm willing to go is sex being biological, and gender being identity, but still only boy/girl. If your trans, you are still only a boy or a girl, it's just that your gender identity is opposite to your physical sex.
I think this is pretty darn agreeable, and yet I still have people arguing for the 50+ gender stuff. Why can't they just be happy with a simple system and focus their outrage on stuff that actually matters, like world hunger.

Are there even any MtF trannies that actually had similar interests to the majority of girls during childhood/teens? Someone show me a MtF tranny who never liked video games, always liked the relationship aspect of movies over any kind of action or adventure, spent their days practicing their fashion sense and taking care of their hygiene, and spent a lot of time in social circles obsessing over hierarchies and cliques.
