The only reason she hired Sassy and Coco is so that she can take care of her boutique in Ponyville. Her default state is in Ponyville, unless the show says otherwise.
She was around Sweetie Belle plenty of times, 28 Pranks, Carts, Gabi episode, Newbie Dash, maybe even more. Rarity might not see Sweetie everyday but she still sees her fairly regularly. Reversing all that time without any issues just so Rarity could go like "oooh let's go see a puppet show and eat tiny icecreams you liked 10 years ago" is something I can't get into because we've seen them have fun and hang around in more mature and reasonable ways throughout the years.

at least,the ep felt really close (to me) to a 2nd part of Sisterhooves Social.Giving me those hard feelings again was something which surprised me,considering how far the show has been going and still,achieving such emotions after all these years...reminding me why I loved the show.

Rarity grew on me a lot. She really is a developed taste. At first, I loved her because I love overdramatic characters, and one of the first episodes I saw was A Dog and Pony Show. But as I kept watching, I noticed she was complex and flawed (and still very funny). I really appreciated how realistic of a character she was - she reacted to her dilemmas like a real person, warts and all. Metaphorical warts, of course.

This continued when season 2 aired, especially in Sisterhooves Social. I think that episode solidified that she was my favorite pony forever. I love Rares.

many say season 1 season 1 and season 1 rinse and repeat until insanity but two episodes which got my feels for real:Lesson Zero and Sisterhooves Social

That's how I fell for her as well. Ever since the first episodes I liked her a lot because her dramatic behavior entertained me. She's far from perfect, but that's what makes her real, what makes her relatable. Whether it's Sweet and Elite, Rarity Takes Manehattan or any other episode, I can see her point and the reasoning of why she's doing what she's doing, even if I don't agree with it or if I would've done something else. Her ability to push forward when shit hits the fan is something I admire, whether it's the Sisterhooves Social or something as on the nose as the Steven Magnet scene in the pilot.

It sometimes feels like she deals with some of the most mature/adult problems in the show, and that combined with the silly drama queen nature just makes her so damn fun. Rewatching the early episodes where her character was forming, like Look Before You Sleep, Suited for Success, Sonic Rainboom or even just the minor parts she plays in various episodes feels great.

And she also succeeds at being consistent, too. Twilight is obvious, Pinkie I feel like lost her nuance, AJ is now probably more boring than before, Dash is still on and off for me, but Rara has great episodes and character pieces throughout the show, doesn't matter if it's S1 or S7.

Plus she's so fucking pretty and classy and regal and I want to snuggle her every night.
