I remember back in the 80's Hasbro pushed these overly designed and detailed ponies which where apart of the Twice as Fancy collection. Of course this was the 80's so any more to their already overly done cutie marks was something else. Pic Related.

I wouldn't doubt that this could be a hint at the same thing, but really with Hasbro these days, I wouldn't put anything past them.

They're normal on the other side, so you can just face the body tattoo away from you if you don't like it. I'm just happy I finally have a brushable of Vinyl, there hadn't been an official one this whole time.
