Fluttershy. Just plain and simple her. She might be a little awkward but at least she won't talk your ear off and she'll be sure to be a good host when visiting. Nothing all that exciting would happen but it'll be comfortable.

In the past I may have said twilight but she gives me the vibe that she'd be like my girlfriend and absolutely never stop talking. It can get draining after a while when you really just want to relax and bask in silence.
